Note 4 rejects certain callers

Note 4 galaxy,rejects my wife phone number when she calls

From any Home screen, tap Phone.
While on the Keypad or Logs screen, tap the Menu icon.
Tap Settings.
Tap Call.
Tap Call rejection.
Tap Auto reject list.
To allow calls but leave number on the list, clear the check box next to the number.
To allow calls and remove number from the list:
Tap the Trash can icon.
Select the check box next to the number.
Tap Done.
