Any 1 experience trouble with note just spinning it's wheels and not downloading apps ?

A little more information may help get better assistance. For example, which Note, what carrier, data or WIFi, downloading apps from where.

With my Note 3 and Note 4 I have never had an issue from the Amazon and Google App Stores nor from most third party sites though some such sites will throttle download speed to a crawl if you are not a member of the site.

If you are trying to download App updates you may wish to check App Store>Settings>Auto-update apps isn't set to WiFi only.
You may also wish to check the last item on the bottom of the Settings page to confirm you have the latest version of the App Store 5.5.12

I've had that happen. You can try clearing cache and or data from google play services and google play then restart. Start with cache first then try data.

Well maybe I'll head to the local Verizon. Still not downloading new apps

I was having the same issue. it appears as if my phone was hanging on some updates that weren't completing. go to the top left menu of the google play store. select my apps and you should see things just spinning. hit the stop button and retry your download. it worked for me.

My Note 4 does not want to download or update the apps that I have don't know what to do anymore. It's been a month now.
