The frame is irrelevant, as long as the TPU isn't covering the hole, it works just fine. I modified my TPU with a Dremel almost two weeks ago and have not had a problem.
I would not live with a half @ss case. I'm sure Spigen is revising both parts.
Which one?Body glove case

I have Neo-Hybrid on my Galaxy Note 4 now. Spigen sent me a Universal TPU. My phone is fine. I fixed my old TPU to work also. I actually gave my old TPU to a friend of mine to use until his new TPU comes.I ordered two from Spigen-- a Neo Hybrid and a Slim Armor. Unfortunately I did that before realizing that they were not going to fit my Verizon phone and they don't. I emailed Spigen (3 times actually) but to their credit they eventually did respond, acknowledged the problem and indicated that replacement cases that would fit my phone would be shipped in a few weeks. Have to give them credit for that. They even told me to just keep the old ones.
Have that as well. About as thin as it gets, stays tri to the phone's design, has a lip for the screen, is raised around the camera and doesn't feel slippery.I've decided to go with the Ringke Slim (in charcoal black)...
Excellent case, and leaves no marks.

Lol. Does that case come with a stylus?
Scribbled from the mighty pen of my Galaxy Note 4!
I had this case. It was almost perfect for me. The only thing that I didn't like was that the buttons were exposed. Other than that, the case is awesome.Body Glove satin case. In charcoal, nice snug fit. All I need is a glass protector
