Guys my note 5 google account is not syncing with contacts all contacts not synced only 40% done pls help.

Have you tried turning off Contacts sync, then turning it back on again? Or removing your Google account completely, then adding it back?

Yes sir couple of times nothing happened.

How many contacts are in your Google account? Do any of them have attached files in the comments field?

Are all of the contacts saved to the device or are some of them saved to the Sim card?
