note 5 issue with charging and screen lights up randomly

when you place the note on a wireless charge it connects then disconnects ALOT. like not stop, this also happens when its plugged into stock charger.

the screen started to light up randomly as if there was a message notification there is none. it does this so often that the battery life is nonexistent.

this just started yesterday
