Note 5 temporarily black screen, definitely not switched off

[AC Question]

My Note 5 went on black screen 2 weeks ago for a few days. I managed to bring it back working,I did a factory settings reset, it worked for a few days and now has done it again. Factory settings reset again, it has started and left it as it was. The screen now is black again, but i can hear all the other buttons are responsive like before.
