Well on honor of this thread, I popped the Sim back into my iPhone 6 and put my Apple watch back on for today.

That literally lasted about 10 minutes. I instantly missed my Note 5.

I think I'll try again tomorrow but I feel like I'm really in love with the Note 5, I just don't know it yet.

I would imagine the Note is a difficult smartphone to give up. What made you want to temporarily go back to your iPhone?

I was reading this thread this morning and seeing all the reasons people (including myself) like iOS. I always keep my iPhone 6 around for the kids and I just decided to try it out again today. Not a good experience lol.

The iPhone felt slow and I kept trying to swype during a text lol.

Needles to say, I'm typing this from my Note 5.

The screen on the iPhone would bother me after my Note. And of course, not having a s-pen. Just couldn't do it right now.

This thread is greatness!!! I'm a total junkie too and switch phones often. Just got a Note 5 and sold my 6+ on eBay. Android is so much better than it used to be and Samsung is starting to figure out how to deliver it without all the bloatware crap. I love the Note 5 so far and hardly ever use my iPad Air 2 anymore.

It actually seems to. You took the bulldozer very close up so the picture was more the bulldozer .. The iPhone was taken far away. Also on different days there could be different conditions. A fair comparison is side by side -- same location / spot at the same time to compare the differences with the 100% same conditions. Taking them a week apart and having different objects in focus (bulldozer versus the parking lot) definitely isn't a fair comparison.

Indoor low light shots under incandescent lights interest me more. I hate using a flash indoors.

I've had a Note 5 and 6P and here are my thoughts:

The Note5 has, hands down, the best screen by FAR. The 6P really isn't nearly as good and the whites are not great at all. There is just a ...dinginess to it (and I had to different 6ps).

That said, I really like the stock Marshmallow of the 6P. It is crazy snappy and clean. The Note has decent software that I can't complain about - it didn't seem as smooth and consistent as the 6P, but it's miles ahead of any other android phone I ever used.

I really don't use any note features so can't comment on them. Multiwindow is interesting.

The fingerprint scanner on the 6P I found to be much faster, more reliable, and all around more convenient.

And in the spirit of this thread, I had both of those before my current 6S+ that I've had around 3 weeks and am still loving...for now

I am a tech geek and have to have the latest phones. I currently have the iPhone 6s Plus , Note 5 FOR THE 3rd time and recently ordered the Moto X Pure 32 gb.

It's a nice option to have a 128 GB option. I personally don't need it.

I don't have the itch to go back to my iPhone 6s+. Really enjoying the note. I took a screen shot of a pepper online that I
will be growing next year for reference. Took my s-pen and wrote the name of the pepper on the screen shot..Cool!

Agreed. I always forget about this feature and always try to explain stuff to people in pics lol.

That's the beauty of the Note 5, there are so many helpful features. And you never know how important those fea-tures are until you need them.

Nope. The Gold only comes in 32GB on Verizon, which sucks. Also, I'm not sure if any US carriers will get the 128GB version. I'm passed off about it too. I would love to have a 128GB Gold Note 5 on Verizon.
