Note 5 vs iPhone 6s

I do miss my Note 5. I look at it sometimes. I miss Samsung Pay. I miss the s-pen. I miss that screen. I miss double tap on the home button for the camera. I still can't believe that I picked up an iPhone 6S Plus and iPad Air 2. But, the battery life on my iPhone is nothing less than remarkable. Lightning connector is still awesome. I have noticed some bugs in iOS, but they haven't been too bad. I'm still getting used to 3D touch.

I'm gonna stick with mine until September when the new iPhone and Note are released. Weigh my options and see which one I want!

Think I will be just as stuck then. It truly is a toss up between the two. The problem is that I picked up an iPad Air 2 as well. That is my favorite device out of the three. When I get an iPad I want an iPhone. I know people don't understand that, but it's just me. And the iPad is always better than any Note. But just comparing smartphones, the Note is a better smartphone than the iPhone. But not better than my iPhone/iPad combo.

Yep. I also have to have iPhone with iPad. I love my iPad mini 3 and I will always have an iPad. But I sure do miss my Note! It may simply be that I choose to stay with the Apple combo. Let's see how it plays out in September lol

Here's' the thing for me. You know I loved the pop up player video on my Note. But now that they've implemented picture in picture on iPad I'm head over heels. I have to say I've pretty much been satisfied with Apple now that I'm able to do my favorite thing with it! That was the feature I could NOT live without and now here it is on my iPad. Makes me miss my Note a lot less for sure but I still have my moments. But I have to say that I haven't been this satisfied with a phone and tablet combo in a long time. I seriously may stick with this. I've only had slight urges to switch back and normally the urges are unable to be suppressed.

Wait until the Note 6 comes out or the foldable phone that is rumored to be coming to Samsung 😊

To be honest, if, and I stress IF, Apple ever allow its OWNERS of the iPhone (all variations) to customize, without jailbraking, I'd be all over that.
In particular, I can't stand the grey bar on the home screen (the bottom row of icons). Seriously, Apple, make it transparent. What is the problem? Rhetorical, of course...

You are dreaming lol

Apple is like Mommy Dearest, they know what you like and need and you shouldn't question lol

When they finally allowed SwiftKey to be installed it wasn't even the full version of SwiftKey.

I've been loving my iPhone 6s Plus, but all of Android keeps tempting me simply because you can do so much more with them. But, and this is a big but, they are not as reliable, don't have the battery life, and don't have the combo with a tablet or laptop that the Apple ecosystem has (ok, so maybe that was a few buts).

My problem is I love both and when I have one I miss the other.

I have to disagree with lack of reliability. But then YMMV. I personally haven't experienced any issues with any of the last several devices I've used from the Android side of the mobile phone world including...

Nexus 6P
Droid Turbo
Nexus 6
Note 4
One M8
