Note 5 vs iPhone 6s

You can go on settings on iPhone and make your letters bold.
Same thing w android.
(Bold that is not what font to use)..... That's the beauty of android

Re: Aggravated with iOS /Android back and forth

I have a very similar problem... I thought I had issues or maybe I do lol. I actually had an iPhone 6 then went to a gs6, an HTC m9, nexus 6 all in a week then back to an iPhone 6 again. I had the iphone 6 for about 3 months then got the G4 and iPhone 6 plus. I got the iphone 6s when it came out and finally exchanged it for the note 5. It seems like every time I have an iPhone, I want to go to android because of the functionality and all of the things that I can do with them. But then I see everyone with iPhones and start missing the simplicity and how nice the os is and want to go back. Now I'm thinking if I should keep the note 5 or exchange it for the iphone 6s plus smh...

LOL I thought I was bad. I've noticed as I get older, I've started to exchange devices, well, smartphones less and less...

I just went through 4 phones in the last 14 months, and am tired of it. I'm sticking with my Nexus 6 for a good long while. However, I now have a phone-case-collecting addiction that needs taming.

Don't get me started on the phone accessories.

Same problem here. Had the note 5, sold it and got an iPhone 6s plus. Just returned it and got another note 5 :) I think we need both

I reached the same conclusion. I bought a Note 5 a few days ago to accompany my iPhone 6s Plus. I'm perpetually torn between the two.

What do you think about the photo quality of both?

Re: Aggravated with iOS /Android back and forth

I think both have fantastic cameras, but I'll give a slight edge to the iPhone 6s Plus.

I've taken pictures side by side and while the 6S Plus gets great pictures, if still falls short in detail and that resolution and aperture difference do make a difference, we'll at least in my opinion.

Re: Aggravated with iOS /Android back and forth

Funny thing is that no matter which phone I choose I always think it's the best when I use it.

I've found the same. I take the two pictures side by side and it is night and day. The 6s has great color reproduction but 12MP vs 16MP is dramatic imo. Color you can correct for, MP you can't. Lowlight is also noticeable.

As to the topic at hand, I think I am going to take back my 6S. It's a great phone but I don't use 3D touch(like force touch on my macbook) that much, the screen resolution is bothersome, the battery life is awful(worse than my Note) and the camera is not up to par :/ I'm hoping Marshmallow corrects for the idle drain.

For the idle drain (standby) I decided last night to use Package Disabler PRO a little better, I mean I got it for more than a month but had disabled just a bunch of apps, last night I took it a couple of steps further and to give you an idea, I unplugged my phone 9 hours ago, have used 1 hours 20 minutes of SoT of some heavy usage and I'm still at 83% battery. With same usage than yesterday it has given me an average of about 1 more hour of SoT.

Don't get me started on the phone accessories.

Tell me about it. I now have 32 cases for my N6. Plus assorted chargers and high end cables. Let's not forget glass screen protectors and Dbrand skins. Yeah, I'm nuts. But I think I finally have enough. I think.

How do you like your Nexus6? Too big? Its $350 on eBay. Tempting

I wish that I could go to a case store and just try out all of the cases until I find the perfect one. That would help me cut down on purchasing cases.

I didn't buy all of those cases to find the 'right one', I bought them because I can. ;) I guess I just wanted a different one for every day of the month. But after still searching for more cases, I really think I'm at the end of my purchasing days. I have pretty much every kind of case, and assorted colors. Nothing much else interests me. I try to justify my purchases because of the fact I'm going to keep my Nexus 6 a LONG time.

Must be nice.
