Note 5 without UPS or MPN!!

On ebay I found unlocked note 5 duos sold in Tiwan without UPS and MPN numbers. Is this bad? And the warranty is the seller's only, why aren't warrantys by Samsung? Thanks

Note 5 duos, you mean two note 5's right or a Note 5 Dual sim? As far as the MDN, that is assigned to you after you activate service. A UPS? I have never actually heard of one of these unless you mean they sent it to you without a tracking number. If its less than a year old it would still have the one year manufacturer warranty. Unless its a knock off, of course. If its a clone, that would explain a sellers warranty, which would mean you probably just got screwed.
