Change the screen grid. Hold a blank spot on the screen like you're adding a widget and screen grid size will be an option.

I don't believe that will get that large though.

If they used a third party launcher (like Nova Prime) you can change the grid size and resize icons as you put them on the screen.

Nova launcher, I can tell by that center "apps drawer" button. I'm the opposite, I like mine TEENY TINY

Looks to be a custom launcher. Nova could do similar
