I chatted with a rep today and he gave me some advice to switch to the lgv20 but It seems a little suspect....Has anyone done something like this before?

Another reason I don't like this is I would have to pay the tax on the v20 when in reality they owe me money back cause this phone is cheaper then the note 7.....Im tempted to just wait til release cause this seems like too many moving parts. Not on ATT so not sure but maybe you could get him to notate your account that this is what you want to do?
Is the k10 a go phone? It says no go phones are allowed in the small detailsI've never heard of that, being with ATT. I did the double switch by exchanging my Note 7 for an LG K10 (which has about a 700 dollar price difference). Got the tax difference refunded, and now have a 93 dollar credit on my account. In turn I paid off the K10 and preordered the V20 with the upgrade being available again. On top of that I was told I can trade in the K10 for $200 worth of accessories once I have the V20. Confusing? Yeah but it works for me.

I'm not surprised at all. The Note 7 feels bloated especially after using the Axon 7 and the LG V20!!I have a temp phone now after returning my note 7 the Amazon r1 HD blu phone with 2 GB RAM and I swear this phone is moving faster than my replacement note 7 weird ....will be preordering lg v20 from T-Mobile next week
This is exactly what I want to avoid......They know this whole thing is a mess but still sometimes they choose to give u a hard time....Not sure what happened to.my account but my next bill shot up to $800 when it's normally under $300.
Wife returned her note 7 for and s7 edge at best buy, I was going to buy a cheap go phone, turn in my N7 and pre order the V20. During the 3 hours at best buy with wife's Exchange the employee must have made my phone upgrade eligible. I noticed it when I was bored and on ATT website so I just pre orders the V20 and kept note 7. At time of pre order site said I don't owe anything but $20 for activation. Next day I look at my account t and see this.

Now I have to go to AT&T. This note 7 disaster is non stop. Can't wait to get settled in with a permanent phone.
