Note 8 BLUETOOTH....sigh

Any solutions to the Bluetooth connection issues? Can't connect to SONY headphones that use 4.1. Using a Verizon phone on straight talk if that matters.

Can you connect to other devices? I have no issues connecting my Sony headphones to my Note 8 (or any other BT device I've tried, for that matter). Do you get any errors or it just doesn't pair?

I have the Verizon Note 8 too, and I have no problems connecting to my AKG or Bose BT headphones.

How old and what is the model of headphones? Can you update the firmware of the headphones?
