It is black and unfortunately its the only one on display... Its really nice though. Big screen! I checked: its running 7.1.1 nougat and has 64GB total memory. Fast too.

Also unfortunate is its attached to the display piece so can't hold it in my hands. And there's an alarm on it too as seen in the pics... But I'm able to see it from the side and its very slim from what I can tell. I did picture that it would be bigger overall. It seems about on par with the S8+. At 6.3" though I can't complain...

Go to Best Buy. I went in yesterday and held one in hand without an annoying tether. The Samsung rep had one that he was demoing. Got about 5 minutes with it. It’s very nice. Felt better in hand than the s8+. And it’s so nice to have the pen back. Love that infinity screen.
Snappiness though felt the same as the s8+. But I didn’t have enough time to really give it a run for it’s money due to other people wanting to try it out.

That will be good to see. There was an S8+ at Verizon when I was there but it was separated from the Note by a lot of space and some other Samsung phones so I didn't try to get a comparison shot of both. The S8+ was also attached to the wall piece with an alarm.. Lol!

Played around with the ones at BB for about a half hour or so. They are snappy and the Infinity Display is really amazing especially on the 6.3" screen. Also was able to take it off its tray stand and hold it in-hand. Its comfortable to me but then again so is the S8+ and the S8 for that matter...
I don't know yet if I plan to upgrade my V20 to this mainly because of the price. If I trade in my V20 ill get some credit but I still don't know if it'll be worth it. Was very impressed with the Note 8 though! We'll have to wait and see...

Sure thing! I was trying to be as discrete as possible at Best Buy. Saw some other ppl taking pics too... lol.
I would have liked to get the S8+ in a shot or two but again, like at Verizon, they were separated by space and other phones. I did see an S8 Active next to the Note 8 but didn't get any pics of that. In retrospect i probably should have... it was definitely small by comparison FWIW.

Was looking through my gallery on my phone and realised I don't think I posted any pics of this one. Its a different Note 8 as can be seen by the absence of the wooden display tray and this one has the sign that says pre-order. Got some different angles too.
