I've had Samsung Galaxy S4, S5, S6, N4, N5 and N7.....twice. Loved the N7, settled on the S7E for the $100 bucks Samsung offered for the N7 inconvenience.
That said , I didn't care for the S7E. So opted to try my first LG phone, the G6. Quickly became fond with the Power button/Finger print scanner. It worked, was effortless and eliminated a button on the side. Loved the wide angle camera feature and custom signature you could add to photos. I was digging the G6 and was torn when I heard the V30 and N8 were being announced around the same time.
I went with the N8 due to the great trade in they offered and, so far, love it ! Battery life is great, stylus I use more than I thought for browsing etc and features are great. However, I miss the wide angle camera, signature I had on my photos and the S8-N8 FPS is awkward at best. The N8 is great and I'm happy with my purchase (paid balance off with Samsung), but I'm tempted to try the V30 too. If deals become better to get one, I might !
Trying to sell the G6 in pristine shape, TG screen protector and 5 case is not as easy, quick or as high as a Samsung sell imo.
