Note 8 screen "ghosting" on Netflix? (Not screen burn in)

I have a problem while watching Netflix on my Note 8, the screen has does a thing called "screen ghosting" where the blacks have weird textures and it looks really bad. Any fix to this issue?

Is this on downloaded videos or streaming?

I would suspect that the video quality is shifting to a low value and you are seeing that as blotchy blacks.

Its streaming, and yeah they are blotchy blacks

Just came from Samsung 837 in downtown Manhattan. I didn't notice the screen ghosting until the tech told me he saw waze in the background. They covered it under warranty along with my s pen being stuck.
