Note 8 to iPhone X?

well on the Note you can always use PIN or fingerprint for the very odd time the Iris or Face recognition doesn't work.
Bit embarrassing for Apple that their face recognition failed to work on launch night on stage LOL

I went to a Note 8 from an iPhone 8 Plus for the extra functionality but was disappointed that android still half baked.
First stop was local store where android pay failed and Apple Pay worked, was many places after that shop too. Bluetooth is always a dive into settings to get it to connect to our cars. Buggy business apps that work phone one iPhone just lag or cash on note 8.
The annoyance list goes on and drove me to sell it at a great loss another thing that Apple has over any android phone.
I’m thinking it will be my last android phone and have just ordered an iPhone X.

to be honest man I was only exaggerating but I honestly don't understand these people that feel the need to come in to an Android forum ( this case N8 ) and constantly tell us why our device is crap and they'll much rather an Apple, there was a few before preorders had even arrived, it gets a bit annoying, personally I have never frequented an Apple/iphone forum and if I for some reason need to in the future I wouldn't be negative about their choice.

Sorry I didn’t mean to bag anyone in their choice of phone and I liked my note 8, I just wished they sorted the bugs and short comings. The iPhone is basic and a bit boring but in works more reliably for day to day. I want reliability and all the bells and whistles that’s all

I was an avid IPhone user, until the Note 8 came out. So much ability as compared to iPhone. But the only thing I really dislike, note Samsung's problem, is the apps on Google are somewhat skittish and unstable

Any example of things you feel iPhone is more reliable which isn't on Note 8?

Bluetooth connectivity- I’m in and out of cars all day and Note 8 just won’t automatically connect. Android Pay- I would have thought if Apple Pay works so would Android Pay but apparently not? Some business related apps just crash to the point that you have to uninstall and re install.
Also tried using sidesync, which I was so looking forward to but it just disconnects and reconnects over and over, yet it works fine on my Note 5?
Small but annoying bugs and I just wish they had sorted them, miss the note 8 already!

My Bluetooth connects quicky everytime I get in my cars, no issue at all.

lol I work at apple and I'm went to a note8 after seeing this. $1k. AND I have to spend $90 More for fast charging?
tim and angelas greed makes me sick. if you want an iPhone, buy a 7/7+ and save $500, buy an android phone with that money so you can have Both operating systems.
I am down to One Apple product. iPhone 7, which is now my back up for my Note 8.
Since it looks like the pixel 2 XL screen is Not an issue #witchhunt , I will likely buy that too.

I have a 7 plus and a note 5. The Samsung wireless chargers work with the new iPhones don’t they? Normally turn my phones over every 12 months and loss a couple of hundred bucks instead of waiting 3 years and their worth nothing. Pity you can’t get multiple sims with the same number.

Android Pay sucks - Samsung Pay is much better and can be used anywhere a credit card is swiped.

For myself the note8 offers much more than the X. The s-pen & Samsung Pay are two of the best reasons. The infinity display is unmatched and far superior compared to any other phone on the planet. Many more ways to unlock the note. Plus the camera is as good as any. The note would definitely be my choice!
