I've read many threads like this one about many premium phones. I've never once read one where the suggested solutions work.

You clearly do not pay attention to anything i've said so far. You must work for samsung because they're quite useless. I do not have poor signal or else I would've mentioned it. You must be blind in one eye or just ignore things I posted. I said I run device maintenance on a daily basis. Old emails have zero relevance to battery life as well as texts which I delete twice a week. Even still it doesn't take up a ton of space and doesn't have much effect on battery. I've been working in I.T. field for 10 years and I'm not clueless and know how to operate my phone. I've tried many different things and I'm not removing all my apps onto a chromebook by Samsung. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. How about this, write me a check to buy one or better yet buy me one. Christmas is coming. I take my phone off the charger every morning, for you to even mention that is a waste of time. I'm not brain dead. Thanks.

Nobody is going to write you nothing.
People has offered suggestions
And if you have worked in I.T for 10 yrs you should be know what to do.
Take the phone back to where you got it and swap it for another phone.

So I enabled extra stars in gsam. Android system and kernel are consuming the most battery. Can't figure out why.

Well there is a lot and some wakelocks you can't disable. Don't want to mess up the Android OS either.

I disabled a bunch of samsung stuff like DEX & VR services by google and samsung which were using a crap load of battery. Hopeful this can help. Thanks again man.
