Still no good. Disabled a bunch of bloatware. I went to sleep around 10 30 charged to 100 and I woke up around 3am phone was down to 60 percent in standby. There were few notifications but shouldn't drain that fast on 5 hours.

Wow ...thought we nailed it
You have to keep digging see what else you can disable.

I managed to clean up my Pie One UI beta battery life yesterday.

Disabled a bunch of apps ability to use background data.
Also disabled the phone to "wake" on pickup. (this seems to have made a big difference)

Now I am getting superb battery life again.

Yeah I actually started doing that too. Nothing seems to help TBH. But will keep trying

I won't use apps that use ads unless there is a paid version to turn off ads. I dont trust them and definitely dont want that.

The less you have running and monitoring in bg the better.

I respect that but I'm also not gonna spend money on every premium app version either. Can also download a vpn to block ads too.

AdGuard is well respected, not free. Your screenshot showed an ad yet you use to monitor the health of your phone and battery.

Gsam well respected pro version us a 4.7

Free comes with a price and in your case might be poor performance and something running amok.

Testing has to be a vanilla system controlled for variables. Too many cooks adding salt. Or someone put salt in the sugar (happened in military ruined everyone's coffee).

You can go wild after you've ruled out why.
