Note 9 cases suck

Have an Insignia black soft case on right now. Love the slim fit and good feel in the hand

I have 6 cases for the Note 9 - UAG, Spigen, Supcase, another one from a company I've never heard of. I've been looking into maybe a Tech 21 but at this point I think I'll stay with what I have. This time next year, it'll be time for the Note 10. I'm using the Spigen (the blue/yellow one) and the UAG the most. I did get two from Seidio I haven't tried yet - in the winter I use a case/holster combo and have gone to Seidio for those. I want the protection but not the bulk but you can't have both I guess.

One of the most important aspect of a case for me is comfort. With that I mean no harsh edges or cutouts that fatigue the hand or fingers.
I found with the Tech21 and others the cutouts were too agressive, my right pinky finger resting on the S-Pen or USB area caused fatigue.

I'm currently using the Samsung rugged case, although not perfect but pretty good comfort wise.

I'd like to try to Samsung silicon case someday. I noticed the left and right sides are smooth with no ridges . Only thing putting me off protection wise is the gaping cut out on the base of the area .

I used the Samsung silicon case for a few weeks, and the cutout on the bottom drove me nuts. I got the blue one (which is actually light gray) so it was really noticeable, I wish I had ordered the black one instead, but I got it for free with Samsung Pay points so I wasn't that disappointed.

Reminds me a little of the Nilkin silicone case, but I think that's a clone of the Samsung one you already have ,.but not as thick .
