Note5 Getting Stuck in Download Mode

Hey guys,

I wanted to reinstall my firmware as i was experiencing little bit of stutter when i apply a theme. So i downloaded smart switch (as KIES is not suported now) and after downloading firmware to 100% , it switches my phone to download mode but it doesn't seem to install firmware and progress doesn't even starts from 0%. I have even waited for 30 minutes, hoping for some activity but my efforts are in vain.

Can anyone help me out with this? I am using Windows 10 32bit

You need to find the factory image for your model Note 5 and use Odin to restore it. Be sure to only get the firmware intended for your model as the others will potentially brick the device. As long as you are able to get into download mode you should be able to restore it.
