Stuck in Factory mode Tecno C8

[Android Central Question]

My phone droped down, when i picked it found that the power+volume buttons are pressed inside. After some efforts managed to return the volume up and power button to normal..but volume up still stuck inside. Now i tried to restart my phone (with reschedule power on/off function). After shutting down, it restarted to Factory mode and stuck there. I've done all the google nothing helps, i can't even put it in download mode so that i can install another firmware. I'm helpless.
