nothing but problems with exchange

I keep having sync problems with exchange. The bottom line is I either got no sync data for days or incomplete sync data. You cannot manually sync either. I do NOT get any error messages etc.

I am at a loss, my exchange account is the most important. I downloaded K-9 for email, which looks to pull email fine, but need all my exchange data to sync.

Any known issues, work arounds, fixes etc for exchange sync problems?

Exchange does not work well for me either. All of the data syncs but u have to pull it a lot of the times even though I have it set to push
