This just started happening. If I turn the phone off (as I do at night) the volume for notices is completely off when I turn the phone back on. If I forget to check it and turn it back up, I don't hear if I get a text. Any idea how to get it to say on? If the phone is on an I set it higher it stays all day. Its just if I turn the phone off and then back on. Thanks in advance!
