Notification bar Bug

[AC Question]

I downloaded a song Via Soundloader From Sound cloud, the Song kept loading in the Notification bar in downloading statues and then Nothing done, I tried to reboot my phone, clear data and removing the App... the Notification bug kept in the Loading Progress please help me.

Try wiping the Cache Partition.
