Question Notification dot has disappeared

Hi,
my wife and me bought a Motorola E13 recently, but none of the apps show the notification dot, eg. Whatsapp showws no dot when you've got messages, niether does messages etc.

We've tried all the methods we found on Google, but to no avail.

Is there anyone who has a solution, please, as this is very annoying.
PS. The phone has the latest software installed.

Check in settings under notifications

Try also long-pressing any empty part of the homescreen, then selecting Home Settings (or something similar to that). The setting for notification dots is often there.

They put it now under notifications this on pixels which Motorola is similar layout

Hi folks,
Thank you for replying, but your replies were all mentioned in the Google search solutions, and nothing that even remotely refers to the notification dot.
I have seen some people who had it in their menus, but I believe that was on the E20.

It's important to note that the Moto E13 runs Android Go, which is a scaled-down version of Android designed for lower-spec phones (your phone has 2 GB of RAM, which is very low). So it may not have this feature.
