Notification each time it loses signal

My X4 is a good phone, good enough for all I need. but this habit of notifying me each time I lose coverage is really annoying, because I never know whether I've received a message, or just gone out of range.And if I'm driving, I can't easily check it, or if I'm in another part of the house, and it drops out, wife comes to tell me that my phone has rung, when often it's just this notification from the phone.
