How do you view past notifications in a Samsung Galaxy S5 Lollipop?
There is no Settings shortcut widget in the Widget tab of the Home screen.

That's awful and a mystery why some Android users can view notification history through the Settings shortcut widget and the Samsung Galaxy S5 and above users cannot view notification history.
