Notification Indicator on Clock Screen

I'm using watchstyler and it's brilliant but what I really would love is some sort of indicator to pop up and stay on the watch face when I get a notification.

I've tried both sound and vibrate for notifications but still manage to miss them.

Anybody know of a solution (other than the stock Samsung digital clock with icons)?

I'm surprised... since notifications are arguably the most important thing we use smart watches for... even a simple exclamation mark to indicate unread notification would be fantastic.
