Notification light issue

The OP6 has the ability to set the colors of the notification light. In theory, anyway. Despite my efforts in selections the OP6 changes nothing from how it was shipped and some of those colors don't coincide with default selections.

Anyone figure this out?

I contacted OnePlus via their chat feature. Came away with; when using the Dash Charger the charge light is blue. Using a different charger or computer will allow the colors to be selected when charging.
