notification setting on samsung 8 note

I'm trying to set up a specific text tone for a specific contact, but my samsung note 8 does not give that option under contact edit. I only have the option to set up a specific ringtone. Is there another way to set a specific text tone for a specific contact?

I would like to know another way too if there is one. Before oreo update we could do that but after oreo update we can't.

There are multiple threads on this issue.
Current workarounds are use a different sms app or sms popup.

Handcent Next SMS gives this option and many more. It's my go to SMS app due to dark skinning and quick pop up replies.
