Samsung Galaxy S21 5G on AT&T. Apparently after the BULJ update, the Notification Vibration is no longer working. Verified by running the Diagnostic program within the DEVICE CARE app several times (although the phone does pass the vibration portion of the test it fails the Notification part). Phone has been reset, phone is current on updates. Cache cleared. I'm guessing a software glitch.

Any thoughts?

Safe Mode did not correct the issue.

Looking on "Samsung Members" app, it appears I am not the only one experiencing this apparently software update induced malfunction.

Samsung Support offered attempted fixes, which also didn't work.

That is strange , you can try flash the firmware again see what happens

I do not know, even after all these years and many Android Phones, how to flash the firmware again.

i think i'm experiencing the same problem. haptic feedback works, but my S21 on tmobile does not vibrate for calls or messages.

This just became an NON-ISSUE. Trading for the S22. Both of our S21 phones will get swapped. I will be gravitating to the S22 forum when the phones get here.
