So I finally got around to trying Nova. While it certainly provides some great additions, I can see why TW is still liked by so many. I love the fact I could import my existing TW layout and the tweak it from there to give me a more columns and rows etc. The other options are cool too and enough to keep it instead of TW.

I certainly like to support the developers and would upgrade to Prime for that reason alone but I was wondering what other Prime specific features really compelled the rest of you to go for the full purchased Prime version?

These are the main reasons I upgraded to Nova Prime.

(1) gestures for opening apps, notification panel, app drawer, etc.
(2) create and organize folders in app drawer
(3) create unlimited tabs (great for most used apps)
(4) hide rarely used app from app drawer

I also like Action Launcher. It has a sliding app drawer, gestures, quick search and many other useful features.

I upgraded to Prime and definitely dont regret it. I had to sort out my cluttered app tray due to the Samsung bloatware driving me nuts. I also make great use of the gesture system.

To each their own, however.

I have had Nova Prime for almost two years and haven't looked back. Loved it on my S3 and on my Note 3. Supporting the dev for a few bucks and unlocking the extra features is a double plus for me. 😊

Has anyone figured out how to stop wallpapers from "strectching" when setting them with Nova Launcher?

If you like it and enjoy it, buy Prime. Support the devs. I like free apps to try them out and if I like it, I'll buy the full version. Gotta support quality work and the Nova team does great work.

While I don't use Nova I agree whole heatedly with this statement. The free versions of launchers are for test drive's so you can use them for more than a trial period and really get a feel for them.

Once you have settled into a launcher you really like than go ahead and support the Dev that put it out there. You'll usually unlock mor features as well

I use ADW, bought the full version and been happy ever since
