Does anyone use this? What are the pros and cons?

This is also a question I've been quite curious about as well. Maybe someone else would be able to chime in on what benefits would we have on running the "aggressive desktop" option.

Running 64GB Note 5 on AT&T with Nova Prime running the Tersus theme.
I have disabled or uninstalled all the AT&T functions I could and about half of TW.
It has resulted for me in a very stable, fast, smooth and quick set.
I recommend anyone who wants to try this out.
I did take the time to go through all of the Nova settings to find what worked / looked best for me.
btw: I have turned on Android Developer Options and have disabled animations. Found them tiring after a few days.

As a side note, I also use an iPhone 6S+ and my Note 5 with this setup runs rings around the 6S+.

That is correct. I think we can all agree that Nova launcher and the prime version are great.

However I am wondering if aggressive desktop improves multi-tasking or overall performance. Does it affect battery life? Is it noticeable?

Anyone?
