Was trying to flash the EC09 radio.I could not get it to flash. Now my phone will not boot up, it just shows a phone with 2 dots, a triangle, 2 more dots then a computer. Any ideas

The only ec09 radio i know available is an odin file. Did you put the file in the PDA section or elsewhere?

Sounds like a soft brick. The following thread has directions for trouble shooting soft bricks from Odin.
