NTLM Authentication & ICS 4.0.3

Okay, here's a strange one. I have a private business-related web page that requires NTLM Authentication. Before ICS I had to use Firefox beta, as that was the only browser I could find that supported NTLM authentication. With ICS support of NTLM authentication I found I could use chrome, firefox, or dolphin with no problems.

However, starting yesterday morning (8/16/2012) I cannot pull up this page on my phone. I don't get a password prompt, or an error. The page works fine on my computer, so it's not an issue with the site being down or whatever. And on my phone the internet works fine, I can browse any other site just fine.

I have no idea what the problem could be -- I've tried rebooting my phone, including removing my battery. Uninstalling and reinstalling each browser, clearing cache, etc.

Has there been some change to ICS related to NTLM authentication? I'm running 4.0.3 on HTC Amaze 4G (TMO) if that helps. Thanks in advance!

Check the httpd logs on the server. If no software changed on your phone, it's likely not ICS.
