Oct Update - Phone Behaving Weird

Nova Launcher
No new apps loaded in the past several weeks

After receiving the October update, my phone has started behaving oddly.

Flashlight turns on randomly - in pocket, on table
Music app begins playing randomly
Callers hear echo when I use my headphones (Mee Audio M6 Pro); I've been using those for a few years and have never had the issue before
Phone randomly screen shots

I've done restarts and power down.

Has anyone else seen these types of behaviors?

If that doesn't help , can try safe mode to see any 3rd party apps causing this or a factory reset sometimes needed after a update.

The wipe cache partition seems to have helped. The only thing over the past few days was one random screen shot.

For random screen shot , double check case not selecting the button to do so or with case off make sure button not sticking.
