I'm having a weird issue on my notification bar - I installed ApeX 1.3 and started Metamorphing my battery icons. After trying a bunch I settled on sleek blue, which looks awesome. Thing is, it's one of the ones that drops in 20% increments (100%, 80%, 60%, etc - no actual numbers, though) as it drains and the one I had installed prior (the android guy icon) dropped in 10% increments...meaning that every time it drops 10% I'm looking at a different icon. 100% = Sleek Blue, 90% = Droid guy, 80% = Sleek Blue, 70% = Android guy. you get the idea. I've flashed a dozen MM battery icons in there and it makes no difference. The Droid remains. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: SORRY - meant to post this in Hacks. Could a mod please move it for me?

Ok here's the issue. When you flashed the 10% ones it kept it stock. Then when u flashed the 20% one it only replaced the images for 20% increments. So 90 70 and so on wont be changed. Easy fix is to open the system framework res drawable hdpi folder. Find the photos for the incorrect ones and delete them or replace all photos and battery files with the stock apex ones again.

Edit: then never use metamorph or ninja again. They are easy to use and do the job but can cause issues like this.

I can't seem to find this folder in system/framework - The only thing close is a ZIP called framework.res, but it's an APK.

EDIT: Never mind. I've got it - Thanks!

Ugh - not yet. I'm in r/w mode and doing this in Root Explorer. I go into system/framework and there is framework-res.apk. When I tap it, I get the package installer pop up asking about actions: Install, View, Cancel. I tap View, then navigate into res/drawable-hdpi. I found the images in question, but I can't delete them (?). When I long press on them, the only option is Extract. The permissions for the framework-res.apk are set to User and Group: Read and Write.

Need to pull framework onto computer then look into it with something like 7zip and delete then push back with adb commands.
