Very low, not zero, but close to it... it would have happened already, or at least been announced. Motorola has a habit lately of releasing models outside the US and not releasing a US equivalent, or if there is one it is a carrier exclusive.
The price would have to be around $300~$320, putting in a range where there is a much wider choice of devices in the US like the Zenphone 2, Idol 3, and even a Nexus 6 (not P) or almost to a 5x. It would have much more competition at that price level, so if I was Motorola I wouldn't put it in the US market, yet... I'd wait for the 4th gen and price it more competitive.
