Wow, this was the first flash I've done since the Fascinate first came out (which I sold in frustration)...I also bricked that phone 3 times and had to go through recovery...

These instructions were super easy to follow and pain free. I've loaded hundreds of leaked OSs on BlackBerry, so it is wonderful to see it laid out so easy.

Just to clarify something, rom manager itself works, just don't try to flash CWM from within it, right? Cause I usually use rom manager to grab any missing apps from sos3's section.

I posted this in another forum but am gonna run the risk of repeating myself here....

I installed the debloated EB01 and tried to use the Sammy Keyboard from DL30 SC 1.0 and I am getting a force close. Does anyone know where to get a compatible EB01 Sammy keyboard?

yes, rom manager works. and yes, DO NOT click the tab that says to flash cwm. other than that feel free to use rom manager. did you see the instructions on saving the update.zip to the clockwork folder so you can get into red cwm from any option?

no just grab adrynalynes zip file and flash it via clockwork, ill be working on debloated though

Ok great thanks. I hope it didnt sound like i was complaining...because honestly you did a fantastic job, it was so easy and simple and i had no issues. I still new to all of this and had some issues flashing dl30 and some other roms after that, but this went without a hitch, so i feel as though im getting better and your instructions were great, and i so happy you packaged it all together. Thank YOU!

I am an official Froyo phone holder! Good news! But I am doing my own cleaning and freezing of apps and I can't see which file is the 3G hotspot. That is the only one I can't get rid of. Also, the market is the old market and not the new one. Can someone help me get the new if we can at all.

settings> applications>manage applications>market> clear data/cache,, if available uninstall market,,,,then open and close the market a couple times

Thanks, will do. Also, if I flash a custom theme like the AOSP lock screen stuff and if an official Froyo rom comes out finally and we have to flash it, does the theme stay there or would it have to be re-flashed again and the person who made it have to do it again? If that makes any sense.

when official froyo comes out chances are you will need to flash back to an eclair to recieve it and will lose the theme anyway,,but then you can just reflash the stuff

DroidXCon- Thank you man, this had to be the easiest download/flash I have found on the net! If you ever come to Panama City...beers on me bud!
