i think its capable spec wise but it may be awhile before we see it..sorry its just unpredictable at this point if it will get it

DroidXcon, thank you for all your work, I love the odin packaged files. Every time I do a froyo rom (both DL30 and EB01) I get a re occurring problem. My touch screen looses sensitivity to the point that I can't get it to respond at all. If I lock the phone then unlock it will work again for a while. Along with this is I have the no touch screen problem anytime the charger is plugged in. I assume these problems are related? I have never had this on any of the eclair roms I have run in the past.

It frustrates me because I was so stoked to finally have flash. I went back to a solid DJ05 setup for now. Any Ideas??

I should add that everything else worked perfectly!

DroidXcon, I never did get that download to go from meg, I thought it did, but it ended up being corrupt. So I went another route to get ebo1 on my phone. Thanks for all the work you have done and the willingness to help all of us more technically challenged!

I am really confused now, I dloaded the 2.2 superclean and it came right down, the other link stopped at 19.3 again. I have just the plain ebo1 on here, does it make sense to reflash the superclean over it, will that gain me anything?

If you leave it as is Ohfire, you will be fine if you do not mind the bloatware.

I really like the SC 2.2 as I do not use I the items given to us from VZW.

So the choice is yours.

DroidXcon, thanks for the odin! Makes things so easy. I am a noob and am having trouble getting into clockwork recovery. I can get to android recovery and when I select sdcard:update.zip, I get a failed message, no file found. I do have the update.zip on my sdcard. I have tried tried many times. I am stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!

When i'm in the contacts screen, the back/return button doesn't work. Never had this problem before I upgraded to froyo. Any Ideas?

hi and welcome to android central, So did you have voodoo installed at any point before update? did you use titanium back up? can you please check that auto restore is off, settings>privacy

are you willing to flash back to DI01 and then flash froyo again?

yeah makes sense, 2.2 superclean has deeper debloating and removes touchwiz and runs very smoothly

delete the update.zip from your computer,,,,delete it from your sd card....then redownload it and place it on your sd card again,,,,then try again

welcome to android central...... you most likely will not receive it, as they will see that you already have EB01 and wont push it to you,,,,and if they do it will most likely will fail unless you used the stock EB01 and have not debloated,,,even then it may not work because of clockworkmod recovery installed so best not accept it

I am running the latest version of Superclean 2.2 EB01 and it all appears to be running fine. Clockwork seems to work fine and Froyo seems to be running well. I did have a point this morning where it froze up, went blank and I had to do a battery pull. I am slightly skeptical because it didn't take 9 minutes to load, not even close, maybe 2 minutes, 3 tops, just to be sure I did it 3 different times. But like I said it seems to be working fine, so I guess we'll see how it goes.

it should be working fine, honestly if it didnt flash something it would be staring you in the face like you wouldnt be able to make calls or receive/send texts. or not boot,,but you are fine..... the lock up could have been something updating or a conflicting app...etc as long as its not happening like crazy i wouldnt worry to uch about it

i just covered this 3 posts up,,,,you will most likely need to flash back to 2.1

What should I do if I want SC 2.2.. Flash the rom only from Adrenalyne from XDA using cwm or redo the full thing here with ODIN.

Yes I did have voodoo previously. I disabled it, rebooted to change the files then flashed a non voodoo kernel. Wiped several times then did the D101 complete odin package then your complete odin package. I figured I should be pretty well wiped at this point. Yes to titanium, I think auto restore was on (default?) it did automatically back up some of my aps.

The strange thing is that the screen always seems to work fine at first so I always think I have it. Then later it happens. I first noticed it the next morning trying to silence my alarm (sorry wife!)

I am very willing to try again! its fun ;-)
