Try different versions of odin
use direct usb port on back of cpu
do not use an usb hub
install all the samsung usb drivers
if it is possible, can you post a image

Thanks for your reply, I have tried two different versions of Odin, V 3.04 and V 1.85. Also I use direct usb and I tried to use all usb ports in my laptop.
I forget to mention that there is no SD card in my Galaxy S2, is it make any difference?
And one time when I tried to run Odin, I UNCHECKED "F. Reset Time" and CHECKED "Re-Partition", is the phone had a complicated problem?Odin.png Galaxy Screen.png
Thanks in advance :)

No need for a sd card.
the problem is the kernel, it may be damaged or not suitable for your phone
if your phone is not working then flash it with a firmware without kernel

unfortunately, I tried flash both of them, once for the kernel (Kernel_I9100XWLPF.tar.md5) and once for frimware (I9100XWLSD_I9100OJVLS6_I9100XXLS8_HOME.tar) ... and each time I run the program unsuccessfully, I turn the phone off and take off the battery and replace it, then I put the phone on the download mood. I found that the number of the counts of "Custom Binary Download" is increased as shown in the pic in the previous post. now the number became "9 Counts" .. is it make any complication?

Have you tried kies..
If your phone is unlocked you can flash other countries firmware..

Sent from my GT-N7000 using AC Forums mobile app

I have tried tow versions of Kies as a driver, but I'm still looking for other versions..
Yes, my phone is unlocked..
