Office Depot claims to deliver on 12-22

Related to charging on my credit card. This is really strange. I am suppose to get delivery today between 2:15 and 6:15, yet still no charge shows up. As a side note, Best Buy just sent me confirmation that they are in the process of sending my order, pending, 1-2 days. They now will NOT let me cancel it. Looks like I may have 2 of them to see which one works better and return the other.

I wouldn't open up the one from OD - they only allow exchanges of opened up technology items...

As an update - NOTHING changed with regards to my order (even though the happy-go-lucky rep yesterday told me it might ship out today).

Chatted with an OD rep this morning - and got the same "backordered", "awaiting availability" spiel - you know - the one they copy and paste into the chat box when they see your order is in backorder status.

He doesn't seem to have even read my question: "Do you expect any more in today?".

It's sad - I've been dealing with Amazon and OD reps - and all of them have the same "I can care less" attitude. Out of a total of 10 chats I've initiated amongst the two retailers - only TWO reps actually dug a little deeper to find out some more information. The rest literally just copied and pasted their responses to me.

If you want an easy job, it looks like customer support at Amazon or OD are the way to go - very little thinking involved...

UPS guy just delivered my package. Haven't gotten to inspect it yet (it is a Christmas gift and I am trying to be covert), but I was surprised it was shipped in a paper/cardboard envelope instead of a cardboard box. Hope things are still in good shape in there...

Aside from Whitenack has anyone who ordered their Prime received it yet? I ordered mine on the 22nd and have yet to receive it. :'(
Also when did you order yours?
