Droid 2.1 OTA coming tomorrow (3/23)? ? Android and Me

shananigans.......as a former rep for big red *228 only updates ur cell sites that ur phone uses, does nothing for the software on the phone.....sorry guys

The official isn't out, but you can flash the unofficial one that's floating around.

It's supposed to be identical to the one that will be pushed OTA soon.

We just got the 2.1 update here in Taiwan (Milestone). Download and install went smoothly with a successful conclusion. 5 home screens, but doesn't seem all that different from the 2.01 we were previously on. Will have to do some playing around to see what's what.

That's what was suggested when we found out that 2.1 was canceled but I think the mods find it to hard to do it for one reason or another. I mean its not just merging the two threads then sticking the other .
