CM7-10/11 both gave me issues opening gmail and the market. Cleared gmail data,but couldn't find market in application settings or even in my app drawer. Still no go for both apps, so now I'm back on 8

This is the 1st time I've had any issues with this rom, but I have a question about Rom manager. Does it wipe cache and dalvik or do I need to go into recovery and do it myself ?

After I download using rom manager a popup comes up saying 1) backup current rom and b) wipe data/ cache

Cm7 was the 1st time I've used rom manager to flash roms, I would just download and move to sd card/ wipe data/wipe cache/ dalvik multiple times and then install zip.I have not been wiping data with cm7.

The market just happened to work on its on for me and as for gmail it works fine for me too maybe you shouldn't use ROM manager to flash your ROMS (just a thought)

People say CWM doesn't wipe cache and dalvik correctly. I've been a AmonRa user from day one. Never any issues.

I'm on build #11 and everytime I try to download an app from a third party site it doesn't work. And I wiped dalvik cache and all that before flashing from build number 5. Any help please? And in settings I have the third party downloads checked.

Wipe cache from the browser. I've had this happen. That usually fixes it.

I never payed attention to CM until this week when I flashed 6.1.

But how long was 6 out before it became stable? Month? 3 months?

GPS is still broken and Vliingo is still crashing on me but everything else seems to be working fine.

I was on launcher pro.

I found that surface dithering is now enabled by default so I disabled it, still a little laggy. I don't sweat it too much being a nightly and all.
