One huge difference: Gingerbread 2.3.2 instead of Froyo 2.2

And alot of other changes you'll probably see later throughout such as nice screen on/off animation.

Straight from the man himself!
Upcoming build has the 2.6.37 kernel (thanks to Toast), and is now using Qualcomm's version of librpc which seems to correct the GPS issues that everyone is having. At least, it does for me.

Let me know how it goes.

I highly recommend everyone update to build 36, no wipe is needed so there is no reason why you shouldn't besides

GPS is fixed.

Right now I'm using CM7#34. One thing I can't seem to understand is the lack of "Phone" or "Contacts" or "People". They don't show up anywhere, therefore I can't seem to edit/add any new contacts.

I can make calls just fine using Fast Dialer, and incoming calls seem to come through as normal. But is there something I missed? How would I be able to launch these pretty important apps?

If it helps any, I installed the GAPPS for CM7 from the wiki.

*Nevermind. I seemed to have solved this by upgrading to the latest build (#36). Phone and Contacts shows up just fine, even after applying "Matted Blues for CM7".

Yay! :D

Update to build #36, do it NOW. haha

I did when it first came out...the reson why I ask is I noticed I had a random reboot out of the blue today and I notice my battery seem to dain alot faster than the other builds. With the other builds I felt my phone could go all day. Has this happened to anyone else?

Nothing bad here. No random reboot or high battery drain
