I agree with the above advice. I also tried to flash a theme this morning (wondering if it was the same one Tonay tried to flash) and went into bootloop. Thankfully, I had a Nandroid and was back up and running in no time!

Anyone else notice the signal bar goes from green to white when your connected to a call? Also the 3g icon dissapears. I'm on build#8.

The bars go green when your connected to Google servers. Since CDMA can't do voice and data at the same time then you lose your data connection. Hence why they lose the green. That is a feature in Gingerbread.

Hi guys,
I flashed this rom and loved it! However, it wouldn't sync to gmail and it didn't have the android market on it. I turned my Incredible off to reflash my nandroid backup and now the phone won't turn on.

Any ideas?

Well, I pulled the battery and tried booting my phone again. Now it's running. Whew!

Does anyone know how to get the market back? Sync with gmail?

If you just flashed to CM7, you have to flash GAPPS.

Which can be found here: Index of /google-apps/

Grab the top link UNIVERSAL for CM7. Then you'll get gmail and market going.

Thanks, jrun. How do I know which one of those to use? In looking at the chart, I need to use an hdpi version. Which of the two that are there should I flash? Or is it a trial by error thing?

NEED HELP WITH SOMETHING IN CM7

So, this only happens with one contact in my phone that i know about so far, but its really weird and causing major issues as i text this person all the time.

When i go to text this 1 particular contact, it texts EVERYONE in my contact list the messege.... i don't know how to stop it.... i deleted the contact completely off the phone and off of gmail then re added the person manually and it still does it!!! When i go into contacts and select this person and click the messege tab, when it opens EVERYONES # is listed in the send box

Does anyone know how to fix this?

used my backup pro to back up data
titanium back up to back up apps
and rom manager pro to flash the rom

I didn't have ROM Manager Premium (got it yesterday though). Flashed Build #6 and loving it so far.....now if only I can get my SetCPU settings right to extend the battery life, I'd be a happy camper
