The compass is broken on my EVO, and my wife's too.
Mine isn't working either.

Noticed the following changes in Swype after the update.
- When entering information in search boxes, the return key changes to "Search" or "Go"
- New cursor control, when you tap in a field with data, a green pointer comes up where you can drag the cursor to where you want. When you start to drag it a magnifying glass appears to show where the cursor is.
- Hitting the swype key now automatically highlights the word where the cursor is or the word before the cursor and pops up the alternatives.
There may be more but that is what I found so far.
Wth. Any fix yet as mine is not either? Will this affect navigation in Google or Telenav? Also when gps is on, the notification icon still shows it off.Mine isn't working either.
Thankfully I have another phone to use. What a joke. Does sprint or Htc even test this software before it's pushed to the phones??
Seriously, if it's that bad, just download the last 2.2 update from the HTC site and reinstall it.
This is a battery saver. Open any GPS dependant app and notice that the notification icon will come on. So, you can leave the GPS on all of the time and it will not draw power until it is needed. The new battery usage app illustrates this. Additionally, you need to keep the GPS on for apps like SeekDroid, because with 2.3.x, programs can no longer remotely turn on the GPS.Wth.....Also, when gps is on, the notification icon still shows it off.
