Finally received the OTA update. Installing now.

Installed the update a while ago, and ended up just rooting again...the update is horrible!

I got the update last night. I'm still undecided on if i like it or not. The loss of foxfi really sucks.

Any noticeable improvement from the factory reset?

Don't know yet; it's my wife's phone so I started with just a battery pull. Will check it this evening. If no improvement then next step is a factory reset.

The battery pull significantly improved the battery drain problem. I'm pleased with the ICS update so far.
