It isn't necessarily any safer than the other since they really don't know what caused the bricks.

So after all that chaos that happened a few days ago here it finally is. I would personally like to thank all of you guys that were sensitive to the situation and refrained from downloading, flashing, and or distributing this radio when it was stolen and pre-maturely leaked. Good things always come for those who wait.

No need to wait, this is in reference to the new radio issue that happened yesterday, it may still buck phones who knows, they never could figure out what was bricking them in the first place....as always you flash all this stuff on ur own accord, good luck.

So im one of the lucky ones to be having this "slow charge" goin on. Ive searched the threads looking for a fix. Anyone seen anything?
Since im on a roll here, not sure if its just me but im running the gingerbread bamfremix and getting pretty poor results. I know there are bugs and such, just wondering what tweaks to perform as far as kernel, oc etc...also on the boot ups, do you all get the white htc screen, followed by the roms htc screen? Just doesnt seem right imo...

flash one of imo's kernels for GB & see if it helps
i flashed his 2.5.3-7 test kernel & am unsure if it's sped up charging or not. looks like it has not. so i'll be looking into his 3.0 kernel later
just remember to wipe your battery stats!

OK It was right under my nose, I didn't realize the lean test was the newest version. I had been on that thread numerous times and didn't realize that was how it worked. So with that said, is the lean test always the latest version? Sorry if its redundant I just want to understand. Thanks again!

Is it necessary to install that kernel or just use the one that comes with das bamf 2.0.5?
Nevermind, no luck here so I restored back to my 1.6.3. Thanx to http://forum.androidcentral.com/ver...-google-services-framework-error-message.html problem.
